And I’m back! We welcomed our son on the first day of spring, and his first full day in the world was during the fourth (!!!) nor’easter in three weeks… very spring-like behavior. We came home from the hospital last week and are busy adjusting to having him here! While I haven’t had a lot of time to write, when I’m up at three in the morning it’s easy to scroll through things on my iPad. Here are some of my favorite things from the past two weeks!
The Neo-Trad is one of my favorite blogs and I always love Katie’s daily posts. We received quite a few flowers when Freddie arrived, which I love, and I’d like to incorporate more floral arrangements into our lives. These porcelain flowers by Clare Potter are gorgeous and would last a lifetime!
Small space inspiration was key when we were decorating our nursery. I loved this story on Asia Baker’s nursery for her daughter. The photographs have given me many new ideas on how to adapt the space as our son grows!
I love classic baby clothes but I don’t love their prices, as so many of them are soooo expensive! When I found The Blue Toucan Boutique on Instagram, I was hooked. The pieces look very well made and they won’t break the bank… I’m going to try a few pieces out and will report back!
Bellport is a gorgeous town and seems to be getting more and more popular as the years go by. This cottage makeover featured on One Kings Lane is perfectly done and so dreamy–I’m ready to move it! I particularly love the nod to the oceanside location without being too over the top.
I haven’t been cooking for a while now and I’m missing it dreadfully, especially after stumbling across this new recipe from Smitten Kitchen. I can’t wait until we’ve worked out more of a schedule and I can get back in there!
